Dog Days Of Summer…


21)-evelyn1For those of us that are here in the city at least for the most part, things are pretty quiet. I suppose if we were elsewhere like the Mid-East or the Russian Ukraine border, things would be much more eventful, but not necessarily the kind that one wants to part-take in.

That being said there isn’t too much to kvetch about. Have not been to the Jeff Koons show at the Whitney and the rents keep going up. They are starting to build luxury rentals in downtown, JC. We already have them but for some reason I suppose we don’t have enough. Don’t worry!!! More coming!!!

I did hear a rumor that San Francisco is starting to address their affordable housing issue. Apparently there isn’t any affordable housing in the city. Detroit is trying to get back on its feet in terms of becoming a city again, and a friend of mine was shot at in Newark.

So there you go…world continues to go crazy.
