OK Stupid…

Interesting how OK Cupid justifies experimenting on human emotions. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that they have a product and need to market it, but somewhere, somehow, something gets lost. Perhaps it’s the human element. Who it hurts, who bears the consequence is irrelevant as far as they are concern. So instead of issuing an apology, they expect people to understand, regardless of who it affects. This to me is bad adolecent behavior. Honestly it’s a crappy site anyway. Met some real weirdos on it. Reminds me of years back when people were placing ads in the personals. What I would like to know is how we developed or regressed into this way of trying to meet potential partners. I way prefer meeting someone in person. Doesn’t always work out but at least it’s face to face.

In The Z Factor the inhabitants don’t have this problem. The islands are small and overpopulated. Since umons can reproduce without having a companion, this takes care of most of their needs.

More later…
