Brokers Opening Their Own Coffee Shops…

hair copy

This is amazing to me. It seems as if real estate brokers have figured out a way to speed up gentrification:

Next they’ll be opening art galleries and showing bad art. But it’s fodder for my new book. And unfortunately my books are starting to predict the future. Not my intention.

I happen to find this appalling. I equate it with the attitude, “well anyone can do it”. Meaning anyone can paint, draw, write, play music and think that they are good. Now these sharks are selling coffee. I say boycott their shops. Who needs to pay $4 for a latte in Harlem? Especially if it’s a ploy to get you to buy real estate. Where are the community activists when we need them?

Anyway, life is short. Buy a t shirt and my book. They are not over-priced, and the money goes to a good cause…me. Also not a ploy to get you to rent or buy expensive real estate.
