All the more reason: Life is short, buy the shoes! Or in my case, buy the book and the t shirt.

Well if we have indeed exhausted all of our resources, what’s in store for the next generations? I think traveling to another planet similar to ours would be the next logical step, but I haven’t heard of any progress made in that direction. Perhaps it’s a well guarded secret. I remember watching episodes of the Twilight Zone when I was younger. How To Serve Man was an episode that was particularly interesting. These people from another planet came down and herded humans onto their space ships under the pretense that they were just visiting their planet. Turns out How To Serve man was a cookbook. So much for trusting aliens.
