Bitter Sweet…

As you know the High Line has finally been completed. It is one of the most spectacular aspects to New York since the discovery of Brooklyn. Anyway, starting in Chelsea now running into mid-town, many a Chelsea gallery owner welcomed the change. Unfortunately some galleries have been priced out of the area. I’m sure the rents for artist studio space will sky rocket or be turned into condos. Such is life. Petropolis in my opinion is still the way to go.

The march for climate change was huge and is happening all over the world. It’s about time. Even if I wanted to buy or own property to use as my primary dwelling, at this point in time I would not know where to go. It’s sad that it has come to this.
