The Lottery…

IMG_3536I almost never buy a lottery ticket. Recently I though I applied for artist housing, but it was unclear how to apply and therefore I missed the boat. I suppose it wasn’t meant to be. I really like where I live right now so I can’t complain. Anyway, these fortunate few won an apartment lottery. I say good for them. However reading some of the comments towards the bottom of the page is really sickening.

I was watching the Showtime teaser Shameless. Part of the show will address gentrification which is good. I’m looking forward to see how they address it.
