Amazing feeling to see ones work so large and all over the world. What a wonderful dream come true.

And this is why we still need to celebrate the holidays. When you look back and see how much our landscape has changed, Christmas is a great benchmark to gage our society. The fashions, displays, the groups of people continue to grow and change. This is why we need to support the arts. It’s our way of documenting our history.

More on Condo Cancer turning into Townhouse Cancer:

OK. I have a question. Why would anyone especially Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick want to move from this awesome place? And I hear they are moving to Brooklyn. Which by the way the area they are buying into is very congested and will continue to grow out of control. Yes Hipster Brooklyn is very hot right now but so is the West Village. Anyway I suppose they think it’s a good time to sell. Guess they have to get in before the bubble bursts.
