Countdown To Heidelberg…

In less than a month I will start my residency in Heidelberg. Hopefully I will be able to get over to Poland. I was talking to a friend last night who is from Krakow. Sounds interesting. The main attraction is Auschwitz. I have been to a few camps but always wanted to experience Auschwitz. Mostly because my father helped liberate the camp in WW2. He said it was devastating. You could smell it a mile away. Since so much of The Z Factor involves persecution and camp life, I think it would be beneficial to my writing. Also puts things in perspective. For those of you that need a lesson:

Busy creating yet another panel for the show in Heidelberg. Hopefully by the end of April most of the panels will be completed along with the storyline for Greetings from Karpland. There is so much thought and work that goes into creating this project. Sometimes it’s mind boggling. I have to say that I’m excited to see it all come together. Not necessarily completely finished, but well on the way. After all The Z took four years.

Also I posted my new Moving Poems review:

This is a very special piece and very interesting. I think it went live this week, but should be on the list today. I want to give special thanks to The Zebra Poetry Film Festival. They are a huge asset to the poetry/video community.

In the meantime The Twinkie Lounge is up and running:
