Stonewall Status, Commercialism and Is The Condo Cancer Bubble About To Burst?…


One day when our world has ended another group of beings will come along and unearth these fossils. But in the meantime perhaps the bubble is becoming way too big. I suppose we are in for another burst, which is what I’ve been thinking all along. Lots of luxury housing but poor urban planning:

Gee what a surprise. I’m feeling a Pompeii moment coming on…

And finally the Stonewall gets landmark status. This is very important in recording and preserving our history, not only for LGBT but for our society in general. Also I would like to point out that Heritage of Pride Parade has basically gone commercial. Years ago it started out grass roots and all of the floats represented actual LGBT groups. Last few years Macy’s and Citibank have had floats, along with other corporate groups finding their way into the mix. Nice to know that now that it’s fashionable, they support basic civil rights. Before then it was strictly closet time:

Too bad what was once known as the “Gay Ghetto” has become unaffordable for most gay people to live in like my girlfriend below:


Speaking of ghettos Karpland is still getting back on it’s feet. Ivan will be back soon He has a lot to absorb since the reemergence of Ash, Evelyn and the Drone Attacks so stay tuned…
