    Adding a few more, here…
    * Self nurture. Break up’s can attack our own sense of self of worth and esteem. Self nurture your voice, your feelings as they are, your space to heal, your hobbies, and with the people who love you etc.
    * There really isn’t a specific way or time limit to grieving. Sometimes we do it differently and that is ok. Give yourself permission to do it as is best for yourself.
*Good and bad relationship break up’s are very painful. Whether I shot someone accidently or on purpose (and visa versa), it still hurts the same. Take time to grieve both of these without devaluing the pain.
