Been reading in Curbed NY that Manhattan rents have actually gone down. I assume not by much. Who ever thought people would rather live in Brooklyn than Manhattan? Just goes to show you how things change. BTW, can the powers that be PLEASE put a lid on all these foreign investors? They are buying up every inch of the world. Anyway…

Also there is talk about Google creating their own city. Couldn’t find the link but it’s worth investigating.

I’m working on 2 video poems at the moment. One is about halfway done so stay tuned…
