The Black Eye Photo Essay…

August 1: My dog friend Elka was so excited to see me that she banged me on the cheek (she is 110 pounds and acts like Baby Huey.) Low and behold, a black eye. I’m in the process of photographing the healing process. Almost all the yellow, green and purple color has faded, leaving a still swollen trace of an injury that one was. Thanks Elka for the inspiration.
